aku : Morning Doc..
Doc : Morning...how today..??
aku : feel good Doc...
Doc :ermmm..come i see ur bone (doktor ni tekan tulang aku sambil suruh aku angkat tangan)
aku : sakit sikit la doc
Doc :thats ur muscle pain..tulang u dah kuat..bagus so fast recover..
aku :ye ke doc..(hehe suka betul aku)
Doc :So now u tak payah pakai arm sling lagi,lets ur muscle free..u kena gerak kan selalu.
aku :ok doc..so can i start jog..??
Doc : sure..why not..i give u 1 week MC..next week u can work..
aku : thanks doc...
Nie semua berkat kat korang yg mendoakan aku..thanks so much my friend..love u all....
Lepas nie boleh la aku berlari semula....so ahad ni ade larian Chap ayam kat lake garden...jumpa korang kat sana...sana....sana....!!!!!!!
